Roadtest Nissan Frontier King Cab Review: new Nissan Frontier King Cab

The 5 seat Nissan Frontier King Cab has a passenger cabin which carpet located and the doors are chrome located.  There is a manual transmission of 5 speed with an overdrive and the steering is pinion variable and has a power engine sensing rack speed. The front suspension has shock absorbers and springs with an independent double wishbone while the rear suspension is a live beam with shock absorbers and leaf springs. The front suspension also comes with a stabilizer bar. The vehicle is extremely comfortable to handle and is steady and safe on any kind of road. There are no problems on long drives and the vehicle is useful for both city driving and also for long distances on the highway.
Seating and storage of the Nissan Frontier King Cab

The front seats are folding bucket type with a dual reclining facility and head rests that are adjustable. The 2 jump seats in the rear are front folding with head rests. The upholstery is cloth.

There is ample storage space in this vehicle. There is an open storage space in the lower console on the floor and dash, a storage mounted on the front door and rear door, 6 cup holders, a covered storage on the lower console which is located on the floor, storage in the under seat at the rear, a coin holder, a glove box which is lockable and a pick up bed. The cargo area has tie down hooks to secure the stuff with.

Interior and exterior lighting and electrical equipment
There is an ignition surround along with the entry which is also illuminated. Halogen headlights and a box light for the cargo area complete the lighting on the exterior.

There is a control throttle which is drive by wire, a 12 volt battery, pre wiring for the audio, 2 power outlets for the front and power retention with a delayed option.
Safety and braking systems

The rear and front outer passengers have 3 point seat belts, while the front seat belts have adjusters for the height. There are crumple zones for the rear and the front, automatic locking retractors for the front and rear, dual stage deployment airbags for the passengers and the driver, side guards for the door beams, front pretensioners and cut off sensor which is activated with the weight and seatbelt engagement for the passenger airbag.
Passenger comfort and entertainment

There are 4 speakers for entertainment devices in the vehicle. Air conditioning and ventilation are standard fittings and for the heating there are ducts in the rear of the vehicle.

The glass is tinted in the front with dual vanity mirrors in the front and dual sunvisors too. The exterior mirrors are foldable manually. The windshield wipers are variable and intermittent.
