The Panoz Esperante 2008 is a luxury sports car for 2 passengers and has 2 doors. There is also a sports model which is convertible and is available in different ranges from a convertible up to the Coupe GTLM. This convertible vehicle is fitted with a 4.6 liter engine which is of the standard type, with V8 and 305 horsepower which can achieve while driving in the city 17 mpg and on the highway achieve 25 mpg. The 6 speed transmission which is manual has a standard overdrive. The 2008 Panoz Esperante is a 2007 carryover.
The exterior and interior of the Panoz Esperante
The design, paint and finish of this vehicle has a rear body color bumper and sport front. The door handles are of the body color with air dam front, rear spoiler and GTLM Rockers.
The power seat for the driver is adjustable in 4 ways where the height can be adjusted and has integral headrests. The front seats which are made of leather are dual reclining bucket seats and sport heated. The front floor is carpeted and so are the trunk and the passenger cabin. The shifter and pedals are made of alloy and the steering wheel is in leather. The convertible top is is removable and is power soft. There is air-conditioning and for entertainment the vehicle is fitted with a CD Player, a Blaupunkt AM/ FM radio a radio antenaa and also has a remote control.
The storage area is pretty good with a front dual storage which is door mounted, has a single cup holder and a there is also storage space which is located with the arm rest on the floor.
Instrumentation and exterior lighting
The Panoz Esperante is equipped with a digital clock, a compass, a tachometer and a temperature gauge for the exterior. The lighting has halogen headlights and there are fog lights in the front. The steering is a pinion steering with power rack.
Among the electrical fittings it has a navigation wiring, a front power outlet which has a cigarette lighter and a battery.
The safety features on the Panoz Esperante
To begin with, there are anti theft power door locks. For the safety of the passengers there are airbags for the driver and the passengers, crumple zones in the rear and front, 3 point seat belts for the front dual outboard, anti trap device for the trunk and side guards on the door beams.

There is a keyless entry which is operated through a key fob, a homelink door opener for the garage, a panic alarm, a fuel door release which is operated by remote and a door locking and unlocking system which is also remote operated.
