They will feature more than 200+ cars every week and even hold an annual Classic Car Auction. In a single auction, they have featured more than 30 luxury cars including a variety of Cadillac’s, BMW 5 Series, several Jaguars, Lexus IS 300, and much more. One of the best attributes of the Greater Detroit Auto Auction is that they run two lanes. This means that if two luxury cars come up both lanes simultaneously, there is a good chance that there will be heavy bidding on one car, which means that you can snag a great deal on the other.
By monitoring only the Midwest Auto Auction and the Greater Detroit Auto Auction you will have an opportunity to see more than 50+ luxury cars a week in the Michigan State area alone. This is much easier than trolling through tons of smaller auction houses and browsing weekly lineups with less than 100 cars in each. With these two major auction houses you can look at only 4 auctions a week and still be able to scan through nearly 500 – 1000 cars, with a higher than normal percentage of luxury cars, all in the Michigan State area.
